Our alumni already understand the value of diversity and of working through issues with people who think differently. The scale and diversity of this global community means that alumni will be engaging and working together with leaders from across the world as they tackle challenges, taking their CQ development to a completely new stage.
Through the 360 portal, you have access to our free online module,Developing Cultural Intelligence for Leadershipwhere you can develop your leadership skills further. Over the two weeks, you will be introduced to the concept of Cultural Intelligence and explore its evolution and relevance as a leadership capability in today's diverse world.
